Once you have paid the required amount to obtain a user code and a password, and after you have answered the SYNERGIMAX^TM personal function test questions, you will then have immediate access to your results ONLINE.
You will also have the opportunity to download your results in Acrobat Reader^TM format, for later reference.

During the test, Synergimax-International we will provide appropriate and reasonable e-mail support to help you solve most technical problems that might occur. This support, however, does not constitute a commitment by Synergimax to train anyone on the use of Internet. Consequently, Synergimax-International cannot be held responsible for any connection problems to the Web.

The individual using the Web-based SYNERGIMAX^MD test is the only person that can guarantee the accuracy of any transmitted information. Moreover, the user of such tests agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Réseau immobilier La Capitale, Synergimax-International Inc., as well as Serge Racine, the author of the SYNERGIMAX^MD test, with regard to the accuracy of the provided information, the obtained results and the interpretation of the latter.

In a work environment, such a tool may aid in the selection of staff or as a support to personnel evaluation and training. SYNERGIMAX^TM will help you better understand the person being evaluated. However, we strongly recommend a complete interview during which you can have the opportunity to discuss in greater depth the results obtained by your candidate.
