A copy of your test results will be forwarded to the manager of the La Capitale franchise of your vicinity. Réseau immobilier La Capitale and Synergimax-International will be the sole entities to access your registration information and the results of your SYNERGIMAX^TM personal function test. We will not use your personal information that you provide in any fashion, except to help you solve a technical problem. We will never reveal your e-mail address to anyone for marketing purposes. Synergimax-International may use the results of your SYNERGIMAX^TM personal function test in an effort to improve their services and in a continuing validation process.

We also guarantee that no personal information from your test will ever be used nor revealed to anyone. Should a problem occur with the processing of your credit card for your online purchase, please note that Synergimax-International only has access to the last four (4) digits of your credit card. Their secure online payment system never allows them access to the complete number of your credit card.
